Farm Bursaries

Industry Partner Willowbrook Farm Bursaries is one of the Aziz Foundation’s industry partners. They share our commitment to promote sustainability education to encourage British Muslims to consider pathways in this sector.

Willowbrook Farm Bursaries

Willowbrook, the UK’s first halal organic farm which champions the need for responsible stewardship and sustainability, are running a series of exciting courses and we’re providing funding for Muslim attendees.

A family run farm located in Oxfordshire, it is founded by husband and wife Dr Lufti, who has a PhD from Oxford in irrigation and society and Ruby who has trained as a holistic therapist. After giving up their jobs, they moved their family to the farm in order to live sustainably and rear animals ethically.

Willowbrook demonstrates that it is possible to build a sustainable family farm while providing quality produce and maintaining their ethical principles.
