I am a grantmaking and social impact professional committed to strengthening communities and building a fairer, more resilient society.
I work in Islamic Relief’s UK Programmes team, supporting partnerships and initiatives addressing poverty and inequality across the country. I am also Co-Chair of the London Resilience Equalities Partnership and Independent Chair of the Little Ilford Pride in Place Partnership, helping communities shape the decisions that affect them.
As an Aziz Foundation Scholar, I shall study for an MSc in Philanthropy, Grantmaking and Social Investment at Bayes Business School. My ambition is to reshape how power and resources are shared with communities and help build a more inclusive and representative philanthropic sector.
