Syed Jazib Ali is a filmmaker, producer, impact strategist, and the founder of Mudland. Originally from Pir Panjal in Jammu and Kashmir, he is based in Amsterdam and works internationally across film, culture, climate and democracy. His work spans documentary filmmaking, media, strategic communications and advocacy, with projects and collaborations across Europe and South Asia.

He has worked with filmmakers, cultural organisations and community groups on films, campaigns and public programmes. Alongside his creative work, Jazib develops partnerships and initiatives focused on climate justice, human rights and Indigenous knowledge, connecting local stories and experiences with wider audiences and conversations.
