As a British Muslim woman of South Asian heritage who wears the hijab and lives with a long-term health condition, I have first-hand experience of the intersecting challenges faced by underrepresented communities, particularly within the public and legal sectors. These experiences have strengthened my determination to demonstrate that identity can be a source of strength rather than limitation.

I aspire to build a career that breaks barriers, serves as a positive example for others, and actively advocates for fairness, inclusion, and justice. This course is vital in that journey, providing the knowledge, skills, and opportunities required to grow personally and professionally while contributing to meaningful and lasting change.
