Aziz Foundation announces Community engagement coordinator internship at refugee action

The Aziz Foundation is partnering with Refugee Action to offer a twelve-month, part-time position with charity's Campaigns and Fundraising teams.

The successful postholder will be coordinating the Speakers Community, delivering talks to schools, universities and groups, as well as supporting others in these activities. They will demonstrate excellent stewardship of grassroots activists who want to campaign for refugee rights, and support the delivery of campaigns events and ad hoc public affairs tasks.

This role is only open to those who identify as having lived experience of forced displacement due to war, invasion, or human rights violations.

Refugee Action will consider UK-based hybrid working options and from any Refugee Action Office (London, Birmingham, Bradford or Manchester). The salary for this post will be £31,022 - £33,699 p.a. The deadline for applications is 8th September.
