The Aziz Foundation is awarding scholarships for British Muslims applying for journalism courses at any institution. All other criteria remains the same as the general Masters Scholarships Programme.
Applications are open all year round for this scheme and covers the following programmes:
The Aziz Foundation continues to support aspiring British Muslim journalists, most recently through becoming a sponsor of the NCTJ’s Journalism Diversity Fund (JDF).
The JDF enables the professional development and training of young journalists from diverse and disadvantaged backgrounds through its bursary awards. Since its founding, the JDF has provided financial assistance to over 400 students undertaking NCTJ-accredited courses.

The Aziz Foundation is supporting four-day journalism taster sessions hosted by News UK.
The sessions are open to any British Muslim above 17 years old who is thinking about a career in journalism.
The four full day programme based in News UK offices involve a range of activities that introduce participants to the world of journalism.
Lunch vouchers will be provided, and reasonable travel expenses will be covered.
