The Aziz Foundation has launched an exciting new initiative, the Policy Internships Programme (PIP), for British Muslims with an interest in politics and policy work.

The Foundation will be offering internships at a range of MP’s offices, which will deliver meaningful, paid experience. Successful candidates will be working closely with either the MP’s constituency or parliamentary team.

They will be exposed to a range of work including casework, research, preparing parliamentary documents and more. The internship will be paid at the London Living Wage (currently £11.95 per hour) to a maximum of £25k per annum.

The programme aims to empower British Muslims to participate actively in public life and ensure community perspectives are heard and valued. Successful applicants will gain hands-on experience and make invaluable connections that will enable them to break into the sector.
