The Aziz Foundation Publishes full social impact report
02 December 2025
We are delighted to announce the publication of the full report “From Barriers to Bridges: A Decade of Impact” - a comprehensive and in-depth analysis of our work over the last 10 years.
Earlier this year, we released the summary report. Today, we are proud to share the complete findings - a deeper exploration of how our scholarships, internships and partnerships are transforming opportunities for talented British Muslims and driving meaningful change across society.
Joe Dobson, Director at The Aziz Foundation, reflected:
“The last decade has shown what happens when talent and opportunity meet. This report captures the determination and ambition we see every day in our scholars - individuals who are not only advancing their own careers but reshaping the sectors they enter. It also challenges us to go further. We can see the difference being made - now it’s about scaling that impact and ensuring even more British Muslims can thrive and lead.”
Rahima Aziz BEM, Trustee at The Aziz Foundation, added:
“Our scholars’ journeys are defined by resilience - navigating barriers while holding fast to their aspirations. To see them now influencing change in their communities and professions is incredibly humbling. Their success shows what’s possible when people are heard, seen and supported. This report honours those stories - and reminds us why our mission must continue with purpose and conviction.”
This report, independently produced by Sonnet Advisory & Impact CIC, highlights:
🔹 Transformational academic and professional outcomes for scholars
🔹 Alumni influence across policy, media, education, law, civil society and culture
🔹 Social value returns that significantly exceed investment
🔹 New pathways to deepen our impact over the next decade
Thank you to every scholar, partner and supporter who has contributed to this journey. Your voices and achievements are at the centre of this story - and the driving force behind what comes next.
