March 2012 Graduation Ceremony

We are delighted to announce that the University of Hertfordshire has joined us, at the Aziz Foundation, as our twentieth Preferred Partner – where talented and dedicated British Muslims can receive a scholarship to undertake postgraduate study.

The University of Hertfordshire is strongly committed to reducing its degree awarding gap. It has demonstrated this through its BAME Student Advocacy programme, and its Institutional BAME Action Plan, which comprises of bespoke equality actions that have been developed through working with stakeholders from across the University and will be used to help students and staff think and work more inclusively.

The University is committed to tackling Islamophobia on campus, and increasing it’s proportion of Muslim postgraduate students. We’re pleased to welcome Hertfordshire and look forward to working closely with the University to widen access and increase opportunities at the postgraduate taught level for British Muslim communities, and continue to close the degree awarding gap at this level.

There are a number of eligible courses for scholarship hopefuls within the Foundation’s current priority areas. For more information and to apply please click here.
