MSC MENTAL HEALTH, UNIVERSITY OF BIRMINGHAM
I’m the co-founder of a Birmingham based youth club, The Hotspot, focused on building resilient Muslim brothers and sisters.
I specialise in youth mental health working as a 1:1 mentor for young people facing violence, depression, and anxiety. I have lead hundreds of workshops and assemblies across the country on complex issues like exploitation, racism, and online safety.
My work has been extended to suicide prevention and research projects aimed at empowering those from disadvantaged backgrounds.
